At Baxters we pride ourselves on producing the highest quality and best tasting beetroot. To avoid imperfections, we select each beet not once but twice. Firstly at the source farm and finally we hand grade at Baxters. If it isn’t the pick of the crop, we don’t use it. We then gently steam in small batches and preserve it using our secret malt vinegar family recipe made from 100% British barley to ensure a truly delicious taste.
