RETURN INFORMATION

Our Cancellation and Returns Policy (clause 7) of our Buying Terms & Conditions.) This applies if you wish to return a product or cancel an order. You can return your order within 14 days from the date your order was delivered (other than for those products that have been specified as non-returnable). We will only reimburse the cost of returning items where they were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective. All returns must be in their original, unopened box or packaging

Login to you Bulk Supermarket account and copy the order number of the order you wish to return. Alternatively, you can find your order number from the confirmation email we have sent you. Email [email protected] with the subject line “Returns Request.” In the body of the email, you must provide the applicable order number, the particular item or items you would like to return and include the reason for the return. A Bulk Supermarket customer support team member will then be in touch with you to schedule your collection. Package your items carefully, with each item in their original unopened box or packaging and in the same condition they were shipped. Your return will be collected at the scheduled day and time and returned to us… It’s that easy! * To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication within the 14 days period.

Once we have received your return, you will receive a full refund within fourteen (14) – business days along with an email confirmation. Please note that during busy periods such as sales it could take longer for us to process your return. We would appreciate your patience and understanding should this be the case. Please note it may also take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to –contact us.

To avoid disappointment, we advise that you place a new order for any items you wish to exchange for and request a refund for your return, as the items you want may sell out in the time it takes for us to receive your return. We are not able to hold items and cannot guarantee their availability prior to receiving your return

Accuracy and customer satisfaction are our utmost priority. Here at Bulk Supermarket, we carefully monitor and record all picking and packing via CCTV to ensure that there are no mistakes and that you receive exactly what you ordered. However, if you have received an incorrect item in your order, let us know straight away by calling us on +44 (0) 20 3146 8737a or emailing us at [email protected]. We can refer back to our CCTV to help solve any issues!

We take pride in picking and packing your order to ensure that every item arrives in perfect condition. All items are subject to a quality condition check before packaging and we also use special protective packaging for any fragile items. However, unfortunately there are times when parcels incur damage while in transit. Please check your items carefully on delivery for any damage/faults and return them within the above returns periods for a refund, store credit or replacement. We may also require photographs of any damage including all the packaging for insurance purposes… Photographs showing the detail of the damage or faulty items Please retain the product(s), box and all packaging until instructed by us. Bulk Supermarket also ensures that all picking and packing is fully monitored and recorded via CCTV – We can refer back to this to help solve any issues!

MY ORDER INFORMATION

We send an email confirmation for every order and it should be with you within a few minutes of placing your order. If you do not receive it please check your spam/bulk folder and if you still cannot find it, please contact us. If you are a registered Bulk Supermarket customer, you will be able to login to your account and view the status of your order and any comments or emails we have sent you.

Yes. Should you wish to amend your order, you are able to do so if we have not processed or dispatched your order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours from when we receive them so please always try to contact us. at the earliest possible time so we can help. If we have already processed or dispatched your order then unfortunately your order cannot be amended. If you no longer want the products you have ordered you will need to cancel your order (as set out below). Although we will do our best to accommodate amendments to orders, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet your requirements within the original delivery date. Any revised delivery date will be notified to you when we agree the amendments to your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so that you can check progress with the relevant courier. Please – contact us. if you do not receive your tracking number or are worried about the tracking that is showing for your order.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours from when we receive them. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with details on how to track the delivery progress of your parcel(s) online. Please note that during peak times such as the lead up to Christmas, high order volumes and busy couriers can increase dispatch times. Please make allowances for such busy periods and order in plenty of time.
